As you can see, there’s no limit to how many ways you can use your roasted garlic. Once you know you have some tucked inside your refrigerator, you’ll find all sorts of ways to add that mellow garlicy flavor to your recipes.
There’s no actual recipe for making roasted garlic, in fact, it’s really just a method.
When garlic is cooked slowly in a dry heat environment, like your oven, it roasts down to a soft, mellow “jammy” consistency.
I’ll roast it in whole bulbs to make enough to last a week or so. But with so many fabulous ways to use roasted garlic, it rarely lasts that long!
