Peanut Butter Dip

Yield: 2 cups
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

A light and fluffy peanut butter dip that delivers tons of flavor with the texture of a cloud. Try it with soft pretzels, hot out of the oven!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, cubed
  • 2 Tbs. chocolate ice cream topping
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup whipped topping, partially thawed
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish if desired

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat the cream cheese, chocolate topping and peanut butter until creamed.
  2. Add the sugars and mix until well combined.
  3. Then add the whipped topping and mix until light and fluffy.
  4. Keeps refrigerated for up to 3 days.
