1. Combine the chocolate-hazelnut spread and half-and-half in a medium saucepan over low heat. Whisk mixture until completely combined and heated through.
2. Remove from the heat, add the whipped cream and whisk until well blended. Keep warm over a low heat to serve. (a fondue pot is great for this dish!)
USE A FONDUE POT TO KEEP THIS YUMMY DIP WARM WHILE SERVING!
