When the holiday season comes rolling around, I start to think about how I’m going to make this year’s Christmas season special.

And that usually means adding a few choice items to my Christmas collection of decorations and entertaining supplies. Plus, there are lots gift items to consider too.  But that means hours of searching for the newest and most fabulous Christmas products and merchandise.

So I figured I’d share all my Christmas FAB FINDS with you, because it’s actually a labor of love for me as a former professional caterer.

My catering inventory of holiday entertaining supplies was staggering, to say the least. Buying a dozen new holiday platters or serving bowls was the norm back then.

Now, I keep my eyes peeled for that ONE, very special platter or bowl instead.  And guess who benefits too?  You, my wonderful readers!  I’m thrilled to do all the legwork for you, I just adore window shopping.

I’ve also found some fabulous Holiday Dresses for the wee ones to look festive, Outdoor Holiday Decor, and even some Jewel-Toned Feather Christmas Trees!

Now, let’s hit the stores and see what I’ve found, shall we?

Here I’m starting with come of the fun items I’ve found to decorate your home for the holiday season like these beautifully made Santa and Snowmen wood figures.

And how about sporting a boxwood swag on your front door?  I’m torn between the reindeer and doggie, but I’m leaning toward the hound!

There’s also some customized holiday season party invitations you can order to make your life that much easier!

I wish we had a little girl to put those dresses on!  How adorable are these two pretty holiday outfits?

Of course there a tons of holiday dishware sets.  But I searched high and low and tried to find some choices that will be just perfect for your Christmas holiday tablescape.

Maybe this is the year you’ll decide to change things up and give your holiday table a makeover.  I’m just loving the whole “Winterberry” collection from Pfaltzgraff, which includes both place settings and lots of serving pieces.

I threw in the dark blue snowflake dishes to show you that you don’t have to go “old school” red and green for Christmas.

I love to use BLUE, with various shades of deep and icy blues set off with bright white accessories.  The color scheme is crisp and refreshing during the long dark winter.

This is a dangerous section for me.  I’m of the school-of-thought that says, “buy matching pieces at the same time, as you’ll never find them again”.

Ditto with my wardrobe!  Matching a specific shade can prove a daunting and sometimes fruitless endeavor.  So, I’ve learned, just get it now!

Again, buying the matching or coordinating serving pieces will be a godsend when planning your holiday meals.  Having enough serving platters, bowls and dishes make your holiday hostess duties that much easier!

While I admit I still own a rather large selection of holiday tablecloths and napkins from my catering days, I’m a sucker for placemats. And table runners…  (okay, I love them all!)

Boy, there a lots of Christmas holiday linens and napkins from which to choose!  I culled them down to this lovely selection of linens, table runners, placemats, and napkins/holders that has something for everyone.

I’ve got lots of family and friends in South Florida, so I chose the “seaside” holiday linen for them.  There really IS something out there for everyone!

Which one is your favorite?  How about those coordinating Candy Candy Placemats and Runner?  How fun are they?

Now put your “shopping shoes” on and get serious about getting ready for the Christmas season to arrive! JUST CLICK THE IMAGE OF THE ITEMS YOU LOVE for more details from the retailer.
